Introduction to Helipad Exhibition Centre

Helipad Exhibition Centre (HEC) is one of India's largest exhibition venues and Gujarat's largest exhibition centre, located in Sector 17, Gandhinagar. Spread across a 45-acre campus, HEC offers more than 100,000 sq. m. of total exhibition area through 13 exhibition halls, along with extensive outdoor spaces and supporting event infrastructure.

The venue is designed to accommodate international exhibitions, trade fairs, industrial exhibitions, conferences, business summits and large-scale private events. Frequently asked questions about Helipad Exhibition Centre

The Expo Company lists 2 upcoming exhibitions at Helipad Exhibition Centre: IndiAirport Expo & Conference 2026 and Electronics For You Expo Gujarat 2026.

IndiAirport Expo & Conference 2026 is the next one, running from 19 Nov 2026 to 20 Nov 2026.

Helipad Exhibition Centre is at 1, Exhibition Centre Rd, Old M.L.A.Quarters, Sector 17, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382010, India 382010.

Helipad Exhibition Centre hosts B2B exhibitions and trade shows across a range of industries, each run by an independent organiser. The events currently scheduled there are listed on this page.

Entry is controlled by each exhibition's organiser rather than by the venue, so it depends on which event you are attending. Open the exhibition you plan to visit and its page shows the entry fee and how to register.

Stalls are sold by each event's organiser, not by the venue. Open the exhibition you want to exhibit at and use the stall booking option on its page, and the enquiry goes to that organiser.

Venue hire is arranged directly with Helipad Exhibition Centre, which handles its own bookings and availability. If you are organising an exhibition and want it listed and ticketed on The Expo Company, use the Host Event option instead.
